Every time I drop my phone, I think the case is less uglier than before.
(In all seriousness, the bottom port covers are annoying as they don’t stay closed. Warranty service was very helpful when the bottom of the plastic shell broke once. You take photos of your case on a paper print out and they send you a replacement.)
